Our strategy

We hope you’ll join us on this new chapter of Settle’s journey, as we strive for a future where no young person leaving care experiences homelessness.

2025-28 Strategy

Our next chapter

Every day at Settle we see the talent and potential of young people leaving care. But too many tell us they feel let down by the system, and lack the support they need to establish stable and fulfilling independent lives.

Our next chapter builds on ten years of impact, doubling the number of young people we support across London while amplifying the voices of young people to spark change in the wider system.

You can read the full strategy here.

Our strategic goals for 2025-28

1. Grow our impact

Double the reach of the Settle Programme whilst maintaining quality and impact for the young people we work with.

2. Develop our influence

Apply our experience to shift policy, practice and perceptions through advocacy and external engagement – putting the voice of young people first.

3. Strengthen our foundations

Continue to build a sustainable, diverse and inclusive organisation

The Settle Model

Helping young people thrive

Over the last decade, we’ve developed an effective model that prevents young people from becoming homeless. We do this by providing the right support at the right time to young people moving out of the care system and into their first home. By focusing on this key transition, we prevent problems snowballing and enable young people to thrive.
