We published published our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy in 2021 on our blog, which outlines our progress and objectives in our EDI strategy.
In 2022, we have written an update from our EDI working group which outlines what we did across the last year, what challenged us, and our future plans for becoming a more equitable, diverse and inclusive organisation.
As a part of our strategy and to hold ourselves accountable, we’ll update you each year with our progress against our strategy and publish the diversity data for our organisation.
