Helping to build a more stable life
Since we launched in 2015 we’ve supported hundreds of young people as they move on from the care system, providing transformative support to help them build a stable life.

Our 2023-24 impact
The need for our work has never been greater.
In October 2023 the government released new figures showing a 33% increase in homelessness among young people leaving care in the last four years.
Our mission is to reverse this trend. This year marked the second year of our 3 year strategy 2022-25 which is focused on significantly reducing the number of young people leaving care who experience homelessness.

Over the last year:
Reached more young people
We increased our reach and impact significantly this year. We supported 170 young people through the Settle Programme which is the most we’ve supported in our history.
Helped young people manage their tenancies
100% of Programme graduates have sustained their tenancies this year. 96% told us they feel more confident in managing their tenancy.
Delivered our support offer
We offered 177 hours of therapy through our Mental Health service, accessed by 19 young people, alongside £9,717 in financial grants for areas like food, home, digital and furniture.
Offered consistent support
We delivered 1483 hours of 1:1 support, with an average of 5.3 months spent on the Programme per young person.
