We work in partnership with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to identify and support care experienced young people as they transition to independent living and help them to thrive.
In order to increase our reach we have expanded our existing partnerships and developed new partnerships with local authorities and housing associations. These include:
High quality, flexible coaching support that meets the needs of young people
A team of trained and experienced coaches
High quality data and reporting demonstrating the impact and value of support
Reduced costs from improved outcomes for young people
Added value through our enhanced support offer
Match funding through our charitable fundraising towards delivery costs

MEET A POTENTIAL PARTNER
Our team will arrange a meeting to discuss your needs and what Settle can offer.
SHARE A PROPOSAL
Based on our discussions Settle will develop a proposal tailored to your needs.
Once we’ve agreed we will work together we can formalise delivery terms and put a service level agreement in place.
Our programme team will meet with relevant leads from the partner organisation and agree a delivery plan and get the programme up and running.
Our experienced team will work collaboratively to ensure the effective delivery and reporting on programme outcomes
We will demonstrate the impact and value of the programme and hopefully establish a long term partnership
